Day 2 - Angkor Wat,Banteay Kdei,Ta Keo,Ta Phrom & Angkor Wat

Believe me, i am TRYING MY BEST to put all these in chronology order, ok? This the beginning of a journey that filled my heart full with love.

Jewel in the Jungle, once a great empire of kings,
without any traces of records it vanished...
now it has been discovered again.
People flock from all corners to witness
the glory of it from sunrise til sunset.

We head to Angkor Thom (Great City) for the small circuit tour.

It consists of major sights if you only have a day or two to spend.
This is the South Entrance, guarded by statues of Good & Evil.

Our first stop: BREAKFAST!

NEXT: Bayon Temple,we paid $5 for a guided tour.

From afar it looks a pile of rubble, in fact it has 54 towers with 216 faces!

its magic only appears as you step closer up to the 3rd level.

NEXT: Banteay Kdei, we are trying to avoid the crowd in Ta Phrom

we planned to go there when tourist head OUT for their lunch! haha!

I slept in the restaurant, on the table

i was sooooo tired from walking and climbing stairs.

I sleep on the centuries old floor again,

while tourists stand around me to take pictures of the temple.
