BECAUSE ITS ONE OF THE
MOST DIFFICULT SKILL TO LEARN IN THE WORLD!!!!
But im please (^^) cos its only RM50 meal for 4 pax.
But since its mom's special dayand she is SUPER PARTICULAR abt food
(ie. homecook = clean)
I am now considering using my Italian friend
im crazy to even volunteer to COOK

Hey Fei-wen,
The ingredients look nice. It must be yummy, and I shall wait for the diarrhea part. Actually I love to cook and I can only do it in spare time or when I found some leftover stuffs in my storeroom or fridge. My signature dish is a Hawaiian sashimi dish inspired from my trips in the Aloha State. Maybe I can make it for you next year if I have a chance.
When I first returned to Canada in 1997, my cooking skills were not as good as present, and I had to do it in order to enjoy good meals in my home. I used to know how to cook spaghetti and some simple grilled cheese sandwiches. Due to much experience in the past few years, I can make many dishes out from the recipes. Don't worry Fei-wen, just try!!! The more you do, you may find inspiration and also common sense in culinary skill. SMILE!
