How To Pack For A Volunteer Trip?

i use my usual check list
which comprises of a few categories
to adjust according to this trip's objective
i must say, its a REAL CHALLENGE!
1. Letters, Documents, Visa & Passport
2. Cash & Expenses
3. Electrical Stuff
4. Toiletries
5. Accessories
6. Medication
7. Clothes & Shoes
8. Miscellaneous Add Ons
9. Souvenirs (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
No. 9 is the most challenging part for this trip!!!
First Phase of my selection is based
On the Right - a list of original souvenirs for each of us

It was between these two gigantic bags,
for me, who likes to travel LIGHT (i try okay...)
this is TOO OVER !!!! DRAMA!! to bring THIS SIZE okay???
I use the GREEN ONE for my 4months UK trip eh!
Brother use the BLACK ONE for his 1 month plus UK trip eh!
i dont want to be laughing stock at the airport or university dorm!im gonna stick to my plan, the MEDIUM SIZES
my mom use it for 4D 3N trips
lets see if i can make it to 15D 14N volunteer trip!

As you can see the ART OF ROLLING only manage help
a little to squeeze 1 skirt, 2 tops, 2 tees, 1 toiletries, 1 towel
a bit the........ JIMAT space right...... (+_+)........
i also dunno how la...... so STRESS NOW!!!
