to buy or not to buy?
AMAZING, i highly recommend the
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
i know its hard for him to part with it,
a house with sentimental value,
a home where you grew up,
spend all your life there.
even tho when you've move out but still
you can come back during weekends
to visit your parents & in summer,
but... i guess we can only hope for
something better to come along...
maybe the time is just not right?

i imagined the sight of the 'for sale' sign
in front of the house would be sad for you,
but think of those people, it would be a
great discovery for those looking for a house!
a nice homey welcome look with garage for 2,
clean lawn and a BIG CHRISTMAS TREE too?
as we enter the house & is greeted by the
family appealing deep sofa, new carpets,
touch of brown, pale pastel colors
with lacey curtains (!) & bay windows
cosy place for dining with family,
i read that there's a fireplace for real wood burning,
check out that cute grandfather clock!
a cupboard with memorabilias/souvenirs,
expensive-to-be-display-gifts,
another spacious hall for family gathering,
lounging around and scrabble or risk game,
or is that a Congkak on the low table?
as we step up to the 2nd floor,
on that extra wide staircase (!)
a feature that i can imagine & would like,
to the 3 large bedroom above,
(with more lace curtains!)
cream colored bathroom, well maintained,
and well lit, lovely place to get ready
for the day....
we go down the stairs again
other additions are the extra bedroom,
turn into a home office, i would make it
a library or nursery for kids, awww (!)
how can we forget one of the most important
part of the house? KITCHEN!
i've seen a pic of you cooking steak in this
bright lit spacious oak kitchen.....
now we step out to the back of the house,
through the patio, i can imagine,
Sunday brunch under the big umbrella,
drinking orange juice or sipping champagne,
reading a book, looking into another spacious yard
where we can see our kids and
puppy (god forbid!) running around,
squealing on top of their lungs,
maybe a small size pool would be nice too....
sigh...i guess i can see why its hard for you to part....
with such a nice house where every corner of it,
is filled with your memory from the past,
to the present, and you want it to continue
into the future....sigh...maybe its not our time....

oh yah, maybe we can compromise,
the puppy can sleep in the BIG BIG basement,
if you're worried he's lonely, feel free to join him,
i'll get a tent for you to play boy scout!
