ANOTHER DIGI CALL on MNP!!!

i am going CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

i am making this DIGI MNP call the umpteenth time!!!!

and i am SCREAMING, yes, AM, right now!!@!!!!!!!

im waiting for the CS guy to find the best way,

we registered for MNP since early DECEMBER 2008,

this is coming to end of JANUARY 2009!

and its not F done yet!!!!

why this DIGI call? cos this afternoon at 2pm,

they called my mom and told her they cant

complete the switch from Celcom to Digi,

BECAUSE her IC number was different!

well, first of all, DIGI online registration

did not allow any other IC number,

other than MyKad to be registered,

i was so pissed when i was registering,

dont they F know that there are

DIFFERENT SEGMENTS of MALAYSIAN

who holds DIFFERENT IC????

anyway, they TOLD my mom once she change her

IC in Celcom to MyKad IC it will be okay.

so my mom, who dont have a car at home,

cos i drove hers to work today,

she has to call my dad to come home all the way

to fetch her and send her to Celcom centre in town,

she did all the necesarry upgrade to MyKad

they told her it will be okay 2 hours later.

few hours later, 830pm,

i made a call to DIGI expecting activation is okay,

and was going to complaint that they shud send a notification,

or call us to say that everything is okay as follow up,

but NO, the CS guy told us the registration was REJECTED!

i screamed "WHAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT!!!"

after 30mins of 'reasoning' with the CS guy,

i cant blame him at all, because EVERYTIME

i call DIGI, its a different personnel,

EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!

so who do i blame? the one before him?

or the one before him him her him her her?

i repeat my case like over 20 times already!

if you're reading this DIGI,

better count my COMPLAINT CALL LOGS!!!

DIGI ADVICE me to register again online,

(this will be the FOURTH F time im registering)

and wait for them to send me a DIGI SIM CARD,

and wait another 5 days for the activation,

and go to a digi service centre to complete it.

yes of cos i can do it, provided if,

I HAVE THE F TIME!!!!!

now my mom will leave for Sabah again,

so we're back to ZERO!!!

im not some Tai Tai who sits at home doing nothing!

and im blogging because im so MAD right now!!

i called the next number they gave me,

a dealer in Berjaya Times Square,

because i said im gonna just walk in

and settle this once and for all,

the guy on the phone sounds smart,

he say it can be done,

he will give us 2 SIM CARDS,

one prepaid, one postpaid,

once the DIGI prepaid is activated

5 days later, he will inform us,

and he will AUTOMATICALLY switch

my mom's number to postpaid,

as my supplementary line,

without needing us to go there again,

WELL, he better make sure of it!

if not im gonna find a way to reach MNP's

VP or Director or something.
