Day 4: Peyto Lake, Herbert Lake, Lake Louise

after the waterfalls, then it was
Lakes Lakes Lakes Lakes and more Lakes!
some of the spots are closed,
here's the view before heading to Peyto Lake,
it requires TOO MUCH energy to get to the viewpoint,
scott pointed out the people had skis,
they DONT WALK in snow..... sigh!!!!
look at the ski marks, learned something new.
more pine trees, tall tall one.

Herbie joins us in front, checking out views.
looking hardcore.

Herbert Lake is close,
it would be fun to see it
just because its Herbie's name!
obviously he knows it too!

and so Shecky wanted a ride at the front too,
thinking he might be getting his own lake,
anyway, we reach the famous Lake Louise,
its really nothing in the winter,
it looks magnificent alright,
but it cant beat the summer & crystal blue
(google it.....) people were skating on the frozen lake
(behind me)

people were ice hockey-ing on the frozen lake too

we got one good picture in the snow,
finally!

Yeah, it is hard to walk in snow with hiking boots or even snow boots. But snowshoes would solve much of the problem. :)
