that DIGI thing

i just made a call to DIGI.

i have to laugh, they are so stupid,

so unprofessionally trained,

soooooooooooooooooooo KENOT TAHAN.

i called Last Friday,

DIGI Last Friday told me it takes

FIVE working days to activate a SIM CARD.

i wonder if this SIM card is stupid or what,

need FIVE WORKING DAYS to wake up????

and knowing how INCONSISTENT DIGI is,

i thought i should double check again,

i called on Monday,

DIGI Monday say can activate sim card within 24 hours.

i called on Tuesday,

cos it was AFTER 24 hours and still not activated,

DIGI Tuesday told me it will be activated

24 hours during working days,

so i wait la... la la lal alalalalala.......

i didnt call DIGI Wednesday,

but i called DIGI Thursday,

DIGI Thursday told me,

it takes 48 hours to activate,

that means 2 working days to activate.

WAH SIAO RIGHT??????

i have to call DIGI NEXT MONDAY,

just to make sure its activated again?

DIGI is WASTE TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE
and you still want me to be DIGI customer????
