when edc was in town, where was i?

where do u begin a story

that really its beginning goes way back in time?

way back when blog was not even popular yet,

and no way of sharing your photos & moments online

where you write in your diary that first encounter with edc,

it was Sweet 16

when that dashing guy caught my attention in

Gen Y Cops making you watch re-runs on TV

& replay the DVD 3 times in a row until ur mom screams

those were the days when you thought it was near to impossible

to even consider seeing him in person, no less, talking to him.

it was in the form of SPM

which took away the opportunity for me to meet EDC

who was in town to promote his first mandarin album

i even tuned in to the official radio station every hour,

call to win passes at least to convince my parents,

but it all failed, but friends who went to the event

took soooo many pictures and even develop it for me

and sharing with me their experience it made me

even more determined to do something abt meeting him,

well, thats also how i knew Ariel is also a big fan of edc! :D

during my first year in college,

as 'laws of attraction' would have work out its charm

(we were too young to analyze that concept anyway)

my first part time job as concert crew at an award show,

where edc was present and like he is super close to you

that was dream come true, LITERALLY. scary right,

how easy it is to make a person feel like a dream come true~

(b4 i got the job, initially i was dismiss from interview cos

i admitted i was a big fan of edc and they obviously

thought i was dangerous, but im not duh! LOL~)

and later was asked to take the job thanks to a friend

wow, the idea to work for EDC was amazing,

i've never felt so motivated to work for someone!

its like the success of the event is dependent on us the

ticket sales crew to sell as much crazy expensive tickets

to random strangers in the cold outdoor genting arena,

it was really memorable, i hv no complaints at all. :D

during my senior year in college,

i will never forget the question Ariel asked me when

we drove to an event in town with edc's appearance,

for the movie premier Initial D ,

we manage to get premier tickets thanks to a friend AGAIN,

on the way to the public event, Ariel asked me,

"if you have a choice of a relationship with edc,

what do you want it to be?"

no joke, no freaking joke, im telling you. SERIOUSLY.

thats what i would luurrrveeee to do!!!!!! lol. i told my boss too.

and in June 2009, our birthday month,

we see EDC in person again this time much much closer,

cos he was here in town to open an apparel store, JUICE.
