the minimum time to finish a 10km is 90mins,
i train by running 4 big rounds around Lake Titiwangsa
(each round is 2.5km x 4 = 10km)
actually when i practice i ngam ngam hit 90mins target.
and during the Standard Chartered KL Marathon
(pics with some of my colleagues who joined)
it was tougher cos it was uphill and downhill,
and dodging people who were running beside me,
i thought i will NEVER make my time of 90 mins,
so whenever i feel like i have strength left,
i run a little faster. and TA-DA my result is......
so now i shud aim 60mins
for Siemens Run ??!!

Omg congratulations Beautiful! That's seriously tough work. 70 something is really good already, but knowing you I'm sure you'll get 66 minutes next year!
