Prep for Mt Kinabalu

objective:duck squat or duck walk x 100 times
achieved: did it once, 30times only and squeaking pain now.

objective: batu caves stair climbing x 10 times
achieved: 4 times average, once i manage 5 times, leg all jello

objective: 1okm run on the ground
achieved: exhausted on 2.5km on a treadmill (30mins only)

objective: half squat with arms stretch out x 50 times
achieved: nada, too tired to do it

objective: to reach Low's peak of Mt Kinabalu no matter what!
achieved: yet to be completed, gambate-masu!

wah, so semangat got work out programme ka? okok, slowly keep at it, try not to go one shot at it, if u need runnin partner, give me a call, will run and motivate u as well :)
