Day 4: Road to Jasper

it was bright sunny day with blue sky,
from Edmonton we will travel West to
Jasper National Park, it will be approx 4 hours drive.
and scott and i had issues at breakfast,
we were arguing abt something,
and i wouldnt budge from my opinion,
so the whole journey was pretty silent,
it was torture for both of us,
because it wasnt resolved,
and i just keep looking out of the window,
its like those times, where everything we say,
will make the other even angrier, so ......
anyway saw the BIGGEST santa in canada.

and really scenic roads to drive on.
makes you wanna take to the wheels and drive.

the journey to south west, passed many prairies,
all covered with snow, and hairy horses & cows

finally, the first sight of the mountains!

so we stop somwehere here for lunch

we're still pretty quiet abt things,
but we were too hungry i guess,
sandwhich ham has never taste so good

and the road continues to bring more photo op

at first they all look kinda the same to me,
but after a while there are differences,
that you can notice vividly, like the slates,
the peaks, the rocks, formations, its all different!

of cos and the size of some of it is really huge

basically its a Feast of Mountain View all the way to Jasper.

we're staying here for the night,
we didnt had anything planned,
scott talked to the cleaning lady at the hotel,
who manage to convince him to take up a tour
to visit a famous site the Maligne Canyon tour

our room, looks kinda dark, but its clean

lots of room for all our stufffff

next stop, the maligne canyon evening tour!
