More surprise in december~

Tis the time of the year full of unexpected surprises!~
First it was Ryan, who bought me futsal shoes for christmas,
in return, Connie, Mary, Manda & Me got him a poker set!
this is Ryan as he opens the gift (like a girl....)
nothing exciting la, saja wanna post it up
and delete it from my phone.

Next, we get a nice bag (which we can stuff a whole host of
electronic gadgets from laptop,ipod,charges to anything!)
from our company!! GREEN color is a limited version,
but most of us who wants it manage to get it!!~
TQ, i promise i will continue to be a good employee! (^^)

And a nice christmas gift from Connie too~

gingerbread girl(& boy) for all team members!

Another surprise by mail~ from Alex C!
just what i need, more interesting books to read!
(more like motivation........)
cos i told him abt the complacency tht i was going through,
and that i know i can do more of what i'm doing now
but i dont know why i keep feeling stuck
no matter what attempt i try,
i feel like a bull trying to crash thru a brick wall,
even tho knowing that i will somehow find a way around it,
but i after so long i cant seem to find it,
this prbbly came at the right time,
cos i really dunno what to do with myself,
sometimes i feel so messed up i just want to locked myself up
and not be bothered by the going ons of the world
but i cant, can i?
so thank you, i hope im ready to find another way soon!

-Therapy after Trauma-

After the RM3.30 incident, then it was PAYDAY
My deepest desire is to shop WITHOUT looking at price tags
I bet you secretly think about it too!!! lol!!
THOUGH i am not a shopaholic,
SADLY i am an impulsive shopper
which easily explains to u why i buy things i dont need
"like wasting money only" brother said.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My ONE aim is to buy this GREEN jacket
i saw it and its stuck to my mind
i really really really like this color
and this green is hard to comeby PLUS the design i like.
I was thinking, to buy only this and some facial product
AND go home.....but i end up....
"Hi, Missy ah...if you buy more than 200ringgit, you get a FREE bag!"
my heart went -free?- suspiscious
"Free? really ah, which one?" in disbelief
"this one!" - drumrolls
-its BLACK! its BIG! its FREE!- GASP
"thats exactly what i wanted!!" exclaims
"all you need to do is buy more lo..." grins widely
and so i ended up buying extra skirt/clothes for work -
just to get the free bag, which i transfer everything INTO
immediately after i paid at the cashier, LOL.
I have acne problem, and my face is full of red spot
its not a pretty sight to wake up to, haha!
SOOOOOO arm with my limited facial knowledge
i was actually aiming for SK2 (thanks to their ads,
thats the only thing i know, PITERA. lol!)
suddenly this girl came over and start talking to me
about some japanese product
(i am a believer/sucker for japanese stuff)
PLUS I am lazy to walk any further, so i buy la,
since she is so nice to explain everything on the shelf what
"Miss ah, since you're so nice, i can give u free towel & bag o!"
i actually laughed when she said that. hahahaa~~
Then come the moooost redundant stuff, for now la
I still have my Paris Hilton and Dior to habis kan...
not like i use them like shower or powder
but mathematically i REALLY
DONT NEED another 200ml plus perfume
but i end up buying CK's Euphoria.... cos its - damn high
white orchid, slightly musky, and my mood changes.
i love it but its totally redundant.
either the sales girl damn good
or me damn ready to go broke again la...
Actually, the whole point to go KLCC
is to shop in KINOKUNIYA for BOOKS!!!
i have at least 4 books in mind
and because i JUST spent most cash for non-book stuff
im left with miserable RM30 extra for book...
how????????
On top of my head, i rank the priority,
asian writer + travelogues tops the list
and so i randomly ask this sales girl near me
"excuse me,do u happen to know this book?"
i showed her my booklist, she said
"you're lucky"
she turn to her left and the book is right there
scary coincidence. (@_@)
to be thinking abt a book, and to stop by a shelf
and asking someone, who can just turn and get it for you
and its RM29.90 also...hmmmm
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^^~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ANYWAYS, from now on im officially not splurging
and November hasnt even begin yet
lets see how i survive next month ya!

for one more day

i picked out mitch albom's 'for one more day'
to read on the train.
penny and I are heading to a small town in klang,
it's been 4 - 5 years since we were there.
how ironic can it be....or maybe what a coincidence it is
to finish the book from the start of the journey till the time i return,
strictly speaking i only spent 2 hours to finish the book which is the total journey back and forth from kl - klang.
and the most ghostly feeling was in the story itself,
someone was given one more day to collect the puzzles that were never solved and to try to put things back on track,
and most absurdly similar to our trip this time,
we were given one more day to recollect our memories and get back on track with people we haven't seen for ages!~
5 years may seem short to some, but the kid in the picture below, snap us back into reality cos the last time i saw him, he was only 4 years old, and today he is 9 years old !
well i guess, we pick up where we left off,
years can really scare you sometimes,
so much has change physically...
those that were plump has shrink in size,
those that were skinny has put on some flesh,
and i wonder has our friendship change in anyway?
it was like taking a test when we see them,
we cant even remember their names!
it was such a worrying thought,
but the moment we saw everyone
we instantenously recognize the warmest smile ever....
and so we talk and talk from sunset till midnight...
and woke up together to the same sunrise...
why didnt we make the effort to catch up sooner?
we were probably too caught up with our new life
after we finish college, university...
in a blink of an eye
we were suddenly seperated
and in another instance
we're suddenly united
p.s. GREEN is not a coincidence
p.p.s. the last 4 lines in the book 'for one more day', gives me goosebumps, i was walking alone on a quiet sunday morning from the train station towards my house, i just stop in the middle of the road, the warm sun was suddenly chilly, i had to re-read the sentences again, and mygod...the writer has prbbly achived the effect he wanted the readers to react upon completing everything!~
