Birthday vs Big Foot

Amanda was shivering in the office this morning,
so she called Connie to pinjam a sweater
since Connie's not in the office yet.
Amanda was making the call beside me,
when suddenly I hear the tone of her voice changed,
I turned and look at her face, her EYES,
she looks shocked, taken aback and really WIDE EYED.
I thought to myself "somethings up...."
She put down the phone and said to me,
"Boss was admitted to the hospital"
...... it must be that swollen feet from yesterday!
Almost immediately we receive a text from Connie suggesting
"lets go visit boss during lunch!"
We would love to....BUT we have a
birthday lunch appointment with LiLing Berry!
But we manage to make arrangements,
We're going to CELEBRATE with LiLingBerry first,
then we're gonna go VISIT our boss after lunch.So this explains the HUNGRY but HAPPY face at Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut in TTDI is crap. They totally disappoints me.
I mean, what happen to their quality anyway???
cos I can confirm 100% i had better italian bruschetta
than whatever thick fat, lousy toppings i had today!!
anyway, Connie was going crazy with her canggih camera,
so we layan, u can see the small-eye-clan makes smaller eyes

thats the birthday girl!!!!~~ LiLing expression was soooo funny,
when she turn around and saw PreggieConnie's tummy,
hahahahahahaha, LiLing didnt know abt the baby!!!!!!!~
After lunch we all, sama-sama drove to Damansara Specialist.
Its my first time going to a proper hospital like this!!!
so i asked/begged PreggieConnie to
faster faster take photos for me!!! what a Kodak moment!i mean, its soooo PROPER!!!!!!
with fruit baskets and balloons and get well cards,
with proper long corridors, like those i watch in mtvs and dramas,
the hospital smelll that hospitals are famed for,
and that bright pool of white lights illuminating every single thing!
DAMN WHITE RIGHT????? WHITE UNTIL BLUE!!!
i know im making a lot noises when i go up the lift
but i cant help it, its like a brand new playground
i've never been before, and most important of all,
this place is the place that SAVE people's lives!!!!
it is just so so surreal to be here!!!
and so we finally found our boss in his own private room,

WAH, HE SO HAPPY TO SEE US LOR!
he's hospitalize because of his BIG FOOT DISEASE,
something stung/infected his right foot, so its swollen!
we tied the balloon to his left toe, and boss damn layan,
wriggling his toe like a kid, so monkey, so him,
the balloon says something like
"some people would do anything just to get attention!"
and boss agrees without any embarassment somemore!

i cant help but keep looking at his toes,
first, boss do cut his nails
(when i mention this, he looked at it again & agrees)
second, boss feet damn pale like my ass lor,
(i mean he is kwai lo, but its really super pale right?)
third, boss's toe quite ladylike lor,
(dont u agree? like more slender than my hippo ones ler!)
fourth, boss super layan the string on his big left toe
(he keeps wriggling his big left toe just to bob the balloon
up and down, side to side, left to right, here and there...)
fifth, apparently the SWOLLEN-ness has gone down!
(but still can see when you compare to his slender left foot)

boss still look so hyper even when sick.

i really really really want to touch the swollen foot
but i RESTRAIN myself, so i pace around
looking at the red foot, looking studying looking
"Eh, boss, you got one mole here eh...!"
wah like some kinda big discovery,
immediately i jump to the conclusion that,
if you have a mole on your feet,
you suka jalan-jalan here and there,
im sure im right.

i thought it was only me who thinks that boss looks like
CLEOPATRA.
but it was amanda who mentioned it first, hahaha!!!

First, when I went shopping for a gift.

I really dunno what to buy.

But when i saw this, it looks fitting.

so PINK!

Cos the first thing i gave MaryBerry

when she first joined the company,

was a Pink Elephant.

Now that she's leaving, PINK seems apt.

Herbie actually first thought I bought it for his room!

Sorrrrryyyy Herbieeeee....... (>.<) its not for you,

even though its your perfect size,

with perfect pink pillow!

But he was a good kid, he helped me wrap the BIG gift,

Herbie was as excited as me to suprise MaryBerry

with this BIG BIG BOX, but we got a even BIGGER surprise....

The next day...when I was in a huddle (aka meeting)

with the rest of the team members,

my two very dear friend left really sweet msgs on my comp,

when i saw it, all i remember was

SHOCKED STOP IN MY TRACKS

WITH A SHORT LOUD YELP

like a puppy kena stung by a bee on its bum (@_@)!can you tell whose writing are these?and these?? its really easy, TRY GUESSING, haha!

i figured it out the moment when i read and compare the msgs!So I thought I'd return the favor too!!!!!!!!

Bought another SUPER HUGE card,

i have drag it on the floor when i walk around the mall,

cos its just too big to carry it properly

along with other stuff in my hand that evening!

We got all (well, nearly ALL) the staff in the office

to write a good luck / farewell msg to MaryBerry

before she leave us for her new job in Leo Burnett.

MaryBerry is looking for new challenges and new directions,

Enter the February Festive Month~

Feb 1st - public holiday for happy people in Wilayah.

and miserable rest of the world working in office.

We had a Department Lunch to usher into this Festive Month

with Yee Sang and Dim Sum in Eastin Hotel.

That evening, I finally meet up with my long time never

got time to catch up bunch of good friends spread around KL.

(hehehe, even tho i keep telling Ariel dont need to buy anything for me,

as long as she took lotss pictures with her new camera!)

its a Fridge Magnet from Italy! the first one too! yay!

Sabrina Babrina took a look at it and said to Ariel

"luckily i pick a different one, if this is the one,

i probably couldnt sleep..."

(cos we all have phobias of weird/horrorful looking painted face)

she gave it to me in a beautiful light blue paper bag~~

its like everything from italy is sooo beautiful~~and Ariel's so sweet! she got this for my mom too!!

honestly, one fridge magnet is enough babe!

i asked, "i thought you're backpacking??

how did you manage to bring all this back?"

and her brand new white leather Furla bag too??

Tis the time of the year full of unexpected surprises!~

First it was Ryan, who bought me futsal shoes for christmas,

in return, Connie, Mary, Manda & Me got him a poker set!

this is Ryan as he opens the gift (like a girl....)

nothing exciting la, saja wanna post it up

and delete it from my phone.

Next, we get a nice bag (which we can stuff a whole host of

electronic gadgets from laptop,ipod,charges to anything!)

from our company!! GREEN color is a limited version,

but most of us who wants it manage to get it!!~
TQ, i promise i will continue to be a good employee! (^^)

And a nice christmas gift from Connie too~

just what i need, more interesting books to read!

cos i told him abt the complacency tht i was going through,

and that i know i can do more of what i'm doing now

but i dont know why i keep feeling stuck

no matter what attempt i try,

i feel like a bull trying to crash thru a brick wall,

even tho knowing that i will somehow find a way around it,

but i after so long i cant seem to find it,

this prbbly came at the right time,

cos i really dunno what to do with myself,

sometimes i feel so messed up i just want to locked myself up

and not be bothered by the going ons of the world

but i cant, can i?
